How to Use the App on Your Phone
Below are instructions on how to use the app on your phone.
- Let’s start by logging into the app. Click the app icon on your phone and select your login preference. Select ‘Individual/Fleet’ if your’e not already a client of TRUCKeSERVICES.com. Click ‘Client Of Paid Preparer’ as an active client of TRUCKeSERVICES.com.
- The dashboard gives you two options to either capture fuel receipt or view fuel receipt. Select ‘Capture Fuel Receipt’ to store your paper receipt on your. Follow the prompts when you select the button. Click ‘View Fuel Receipt’ to view stored fuel receipts.
- Change the settings on your account by clicking the three lines found on the top left of the screen. Click the setup button to view and/or change the default truck on the app. To reset your account is also found here.
